A support ticket will be created and an
email will immediately be sent to you with information on how to access
your support ticket. This will enable you to check on your ticket
status or to provide further details.
Support Tickets are answered in order of priority and are normally handled within a
48 hour period.
During the peak wedding season, emails are sometimes answered after hours
and on weekends, to maintain our service standards.

We recommend that you give us as much information as possible that may be
relevant to your question. This will lead to a quicker resolution to
your question or concern. For most topics / questions we provide a
Quick "Ticket Form" that can be easily filled out within a minute or two
and submitted to the appropriate department.
For any general inquiries regarding your order, we will need your name, and order/transaction
number. The order number always starts with "wond" and is
followed by 12 digits.
